My Design Process
How evidence changes a design decision
Starting from a dual-user needs hypothesis derived from a caregiver interview, reframing, co-creation, engineering experiments, and initial feedback become a traceable design process.
I focus on using existing technologies to solve real problems with practical cost and efficiency, rather than leaving an idea as a rendering.

Design Approach
I want design to enter real life. Rather than producing a concept that is difficult to realize, I prefer to understand the problem, work with existing technologies, and build solutions that can be tested with practical cost and efficiency.
User research, rapid experiments, and physical making are how I understand a problem. I simply enjoy tinkering, moving between materials, electronics, structures, and interaction while learning through trial and error. I also recognize that my form-development ability still has room to grow, and I intend to keep training it during graduate study.
In the future, I hope to study biological behavior, especially how human behavior shapes products and systems. For me, design is not about assuming answers for people, but about approaching a more appropriate solution through observation, validation, and iteration.
